We’re a small team. Email support@twosies.app and a person will reply, usually within a day.
How do invites work?
One of you installs Twosies and sends an invite link that looks like twosies.app/i/7K3QZ. The other taps it.
- If Twosies is installed, the app opens straight to the pairing screen.
- If not, the link opens a page with the store buttons. After installing, open the app and the code is filled in for you. If it isn’t, tap “I have a code” and type the 5 characters.
My partner hasn’t installed it yet. Can I start?
Yes. You can answer the daily question and play solo decks; your answers wait for them. Guessing and the reveal need both of you.
Who pays?
One of you. A single purchase covers both people in the pair, whether it’s the monthly plan, the lifetime purchase or an individual deck.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Purchases are billed by Apple or Google. To cancel the monthly plan: App Store or Google Play → your profile → Subscriptions → Twosies → Cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Can my partner see everything I write?
They see your answer to an item only after you have both answered it, and you see theirs at the same time. Nobody outside the pair sees anything. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What happens if we break up?
Either of you can end the pair in Us → Our pair → End pair. Each of you keeps a read-only copy of the shared history. Nothing entered after that is visible to the other person. You can also delete your account entirely, which removes your answers from their view too.
How do I delete my account?
Us → Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, answers and purchases record from our systems within 30 days and is irreversible. If you can’t access the app, email us from the address you signed up with.
