1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Twosies, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Twosies. By using the app you confirm that you are.
3. Account and pairing
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for not sharing your account. Twosies pairs your account with exactly one other person at a time through an invite code. Only send an invite to someone who would welcome it. Either person can end the pair at any time from the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for harassment, abuse, fraud or other violations of these Terms.
4. Purchases
Twosies is free to start. Paid content is available as a monthly subscription, a one-time lifetime purchase, or individual decks. One payment covers both people in a pair: when one partner pays, the other gets the same access for as long as the pair exists.
Prices are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play in your local currency before you confirm. Purchases are billed and managed by Apple or Google. The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
If a pair ends, the person who paid keeps their access. The other partner keeps access until the current billing period ends, or, for lifetime and deck purchases, until the pair ends.
5. Adult content
Some decks are marked for adults and cover sex and intimacy. They unlock only after both partners confirm in the app that they want to play them. You can withdraw that confirmation at any time. Never pressure a partner into confirming.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass, threaten or harm another person; use the app with anyone without their knowledge or consent; scrape, reverse-engineer or bulk-extract the app’s content; resell or redistribute our questions, quizzes or texts; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Not therapy
Twosies is a game and a conversation tool. It is not couples therapy, counselling, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. Quiz results describe patterns, not diagnoses. If you or your relationship are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
8. Intellectual property
VibeKin owns Twosies, its characters, questions, quizzes and all original content. You own what you write in the app. By using Twosies you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to deliver the features you use.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time; your data is permanently removed within 30 days of the request. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Twosies is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator of VibeKin, to be designated upon entity formation. Until then, disputes are resolved through good-faith communication via support@twosies.app.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves and will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
